*Manlift Operator*
*Qualifications and Requirements:*
*• Certification:* Valid operator license/certification
*• Experience:* Generally, 2–3 years of experience in construction or industrial environments.
*• Skills:* Ability to operate controls skillfully, knowledge of safety protocols, and good communication skills.
*• Physical Ability:* Ability to work at significant heights
*Key Responsibilities and Duties:*
• Safe Operation: Maneuver lifts to move workers and materials to elevated areas, adhering to load limits and safety regulations.
• Equipment Inspection: Perform daily pre-operational safety checks (lubricating, fueling, cleaning) and report malfunctions.
• Site Safety: Follow site-specific safety protocols, wear required PPE, and secure the area during operation.
• Communication & Reporting: Coordinate with ground crew, follow foreman instructions, and maintain maintenance logs.
