Job Responsibilities

• Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement high-level business strategies to drive the growth of I MIXUE's 6+ retail outlets in Singapore.
• Operational Excellence: Oversight of full P&L, supply chain optimization, and retail operations (SSIC 47220 & 56112) using data-driven analytics.
• Financial Governance: Directing corporate finance activities, annual budgeting, and ensuring compliance with ACRA and tax regulations.
• Brand & Market Expansion: Leading marketing strategies and international business development to strengthen brand presence in the local market.
• Human Capital: Building leadership pipelines and managing organizational change to foster a high-performance culture.

Job Requirements

• Educational Background: Master of Business Administration (MBA) from a top-tier university (e.g., NUS) is highly preferred.
