About the Job

The Managing Director is responsible for developing, implementing, and overseeing the organisation’s knowledge management strategy in a manner that supports regulatory compliance, operational effectiveness, and service excellence as an ADGM-licensed Company Service Provider (CSP).

The Managing Director ensures that knowledge is treated as a strategic asset, particularly in relation to regulatory obligations, client onboarding, corporate secretarial processes, AML/CFT compliance, record-keeping, and governance requirements under ADGM laws and regulations.

Working closely with senior leadership, Compliance, Legal, Operations, and IT, the CKO will embed effective knowledge management practices into everyday business processes while ensuring alignment with ADGM regulatory expectations.
