Managing Director

We are looking for an experienced Managing Director with natural leadership capabilities to oversee our business operations and works to uphold the company's vision by implementing organizational policies and establishing areas for growth.

Responsibilities

• Lead overall strategy and direction for the regional office and subsidiaries.
• Direct regional operational performance and supervise department heads and subsidiary leaders.
• Maintain senior-level communication with Japan Headquarters on strategy, performance, risk, and policy implementation.
• Oversee consolidated P&L performance for the regional group.
• Represent the organization in high-level external engagements with partners.
