The position is based in Rio de Janeiro. Requirements Experience in commercial vehicle body manufacturing, heavy truck components, or industrial fabrication. Leadership tenure, progressive leadership, including a general management or P&L role. Engineering & Manufacturing background in steel fabrication, welding, painting/coating, and assembly operations. Familiarity with lean manufacturing and productivity improvement. Proven track record in general management or operations leadership (Managing Director) within a mid‑sized manufacturing environment.
