Managing Assistant General Counsel (Hybrid)

**Resp & Qualifications**

**PURPOSE:**
This position provides leadership, strategic and tactical direction for the legal, compliance, risk management, and contract quality assurance activities of the Strategic Sourcing and Procurement department. Additionally, this position will provide high level counsel to the Office of the General Counsel and to internal clients concerning the drafting, negotiation and implementation of contracts, requests for proposals (RFPs), and/or litigation brought by and or against it concerning sourcing and procurement.

**ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:**

_Procurement Contract Management_

+ Leads the companys Procurement Contracts Management team and contract-review processes to ensure that all company contracting efforts adhere to applicable risk and established sourcing and procurement standards.
