Manager/Senior Manager SAP HCM - Payroll

Oliver James is currently supporting an international consultancy with an exciting permanent opportunity for an SAP HCM - Payroll Consultant.

This role is ideal for experienced professionals with a strong focus on German payroll processes and extensive SAP HCM knowledge.

The position involves working closely with clients to understand and interpret their specific payroll-related requirements. Projects will vary depending on the client, so adaptability and a solid grasp of payroll processes are essential.

Key Highlights:

* Location: Primarily remote, with various offices across Germany

* Travel: Very limited - max. 1-3 client visits per month within Germany

* Contract Type: Permanent (Manager / Senior Manager level)

* Focus: German Payroll within SAP HCM

* Responsibilities: Hands-on client engagement, process interpretation, and technical delivery

* Languages: Fluent German and English required
