China Workplace Experience Manager:
Manage direct report performance and foster growth. Serve as an escalation point, when required, for any challenges. Utilize success metrics to measure performance in relationship to Riot’s goals and objectives.Support direct reports to drive strategy for and maintain standards of on-campus programs. Provide guidance and escalation support for direct reports overseeing their own office environments. Serve as the primary point of contact for local Rioters on workplace conditions and experience, making small shifts where possible and raising larger opportunities to regional leadership.
