Manager, Validation Engineering

What you'll do:

- Lead efficiently Validation Engineering team at EMEA 3ph R&D
- Recruits team members, maintains team proficiency 
- Coordinates daily testing activities and resources between projects and tests  
- Test process and methods development 
- Oversees Design Verification Testing (DVT), Validation and other testing activities (testing & reporting)
- Makes test plans, resource plans including people, test bays and test equipment
- Responsible of teams job safety in R&D test labs together with Lead Safety Engineer 
- Gives technical supervision and writing and reviewing test plans and specifications
- Guides and mentors colleagues (globally) on UPS design and testing
- Gives technical support on UPS systems to product management, technical support, sales support, manufacturing and sales

Qualifications:

- Master / Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering or equivalent
