Manager, Test & Reliability

Responsibilities

• Provide strong technical vision and leadership, including planning, organizing, and directing the activities of the Test Engineering team.
• Ensure all testing activities, internal and external, comply with best practices, quality standards, safety regulations, and cost objectives.
• Lead the development of reliability prediction and assessment models.
• Provide reliability mathematical analysis and technical inputs to ensure robust design of customer products.
• Lead the development of adequate reliability test portfolios, including accelerated stress screening and environmental stress testing, on new designs, processes, or materials.
• Ensure all work is properly documented.
• Develop and maintain test documentation, including test plans, test procedures, and test reports.
• Use statistical analysis software to analyze data and draw data‑based conclusions.
