About the Role
Hiring: Manager – Technical Support Services
Islamabad
Salary: PKR 250,000/month
Requirements:
- BS (4-year) in Telecom, CS, SE or related field (Master's preferred)
- 4–5 years' experience in Technical Support / IT Operations / Service Delivery
- Hands-on expertise in Datacom, IT Infrastructure & Security
- ITIL (Expert/Managing Professional) + CCNP/HCIP or equivalent certifications
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead L1/L2 support, incident & problem management
- Ensure SLA compliance & customer satisfaction (NPS)
- Handle escalations & perform RCA implementation
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Rs200, Rs250,000.00 per month
Education:
- Bachelor's (Required)
Experience:
- in technical support, IT operations management: 5 years (Required)
