About the Role

What You Will Do
Trusted Cross-Functional Advisor 
Serve as a cross‑functional consultant and trusted advisor on supply chain, manufacturing, and digital transformation initiatives, including projects implementations, process upgrades, and integration programs, providing business‑critical insights to align solutions with supply chain best practices.
Act as the dedicated owner and primary escalation point for supply chain issue resolution, maintaining close alignment with divisional businesses through regular on‑site and virtual engagement and traveling as required to deliver timely and effective support.

Support and participate in the evolution of the One Molex GSOP&E end‑to‑end supply chain process framework, including deployment of global operating models, process standards, governance mechanisms, and performance KPIs.
