Track and review the Annual Operating Plan (AOP), ensuring alignment with strategic goals and timely delivery of milestones.
Regulatory & Statutory Compliance
Monitor and ensure timely approvals and adherence to statutory requirements across all project phases.
Project Planning & Progress Monitoring
Oversee project plans, review progress, and facilitate smooth interdepartmental coordination to achieve project deliverables efficiently.
Financial Tracking & Benchmarking
