Department: SourcingReports to: VP, Sourcing (report to Senior Director once hired)Location: Hong KongYour Opportunity at ARC’TERYX:As Manager, Sourcing - Sustainability, you will play an essential role in integrating our sustainability principles and practices into the sourcing practices and supply base. You will be a key contributor to our environmental initiatives and projects, supporting our sustainability team in driving progress and performance of the supply base. You will use creative means to influence, train, collaborate and communicate clearly to gain buy in, drive action, and provide updates to internal teams at Arc’teryx, and with the suppliers themselves. You’ll work at a system level to understand our role and identify opportunities to minimize our environmental impact and drive positive outcomes.This role is based out of our Arc’teryx Hong Kong office.
