The Manager, Software Engineering - K8s SRE leads the build-out, development, and management of a team of developers responsible for creating and maintaining systems, platforms, and tools that support T-Mobiles internal and external business needs. This role is critical in delivering scalable software solutions, building technical strategy, and collaborating closely with product and IT partners. The ideal candidate is a technical leader who can coach a high-performing team responsible for diagnosing and resolving complex issues across Kubernetes networking, storage, and compute layers, driving continuous improvement through data-driven insights and DevOps best practices.
