The Opportunity:

The Manager – Software Engineering (Salesforce) is responsible for task and personnel management of their Engineering team. Their team will perform analysis, development and ongoing support of key Salesforce components and its related ecosystem. The Manager – Software Engineering (Salesforce) will manage a team comprised of Software Engineers and will work closely with System Integrators (DevOps), Solution Architects and Product Management to deliver high quality software and ensure that system components are operating correctly once deployed. The Manager – Software Engineering (Salesforce) will also be responsible for performance management of employees and contractors on their team, and career management of employees.
