You will drive architecture decisions, hands-on technical coaching, and the delivery of committed roadmap initiatives, all while managing a distributed team of six direct reports (primarily based in Burnaby, BC).
Location: You will be based in our Toronto office, balancing in-office collaboration with remote flexibility.
