Your Contribution
Mainly support site manager Kulim to implement the management decisions and follow up the process status of some projects;
Assist site manager Kulim to optimize the plant process to achieve the KPI's target and save cost. KPIs monitoring with different departments;
Daily management of plant issues and administrative improvements
Work together with shared service ( HR, Purchase, Finance, Logistics) for the best solutions for site Kulim;
Schedule and prepare for plant / group appointments, meetings and activities, as well as presentations, translations, meeting minutes and so on;
Facilitate smooth communications between the executive and other executives, managers, and employees; and between the executive and external parties such as media, customers, and the public.
Monitor, review, and approve standard administration expenditures to ensure that the activities are conducted with approved budgets.
