At MiCiM, we’re proud to deliver first-class project and construction management services to the mission critical sector. We’re looking for an experienced Design Manager to join our team and play a pivotal role in managing the design process across key Data Centre projects.

You’ll be an essential part of our success, working closely with clients, consultants, contractors and project managers to ensure the design process runs seamlessly from concept through to completion.

• Lead and coordinate the full design process, from pre-construction to delivery.
• Manage design teams, workflows, and documentation to ensure everything is aligned and auditable.
• Oversee design workshops, risk reviews, and value engineering sessions.
• Maintain and manage the design issues register, ensuring clarity and accountability across all disciplines.
• Ensure effective communication of design protocols and delivery timelines with all stakeholders.
