About the Role
The role of the Manager, Retail Sales is to achieve the sales target with an ethical and mannered way of working. The role requires engagement with internal Sales, Marketing and other business functions to develop sales plan and activities then implement these across the Sales team and key retail partners.
Main responsibilities include but not limited to:-
Develop and implement effective channel and assortment strategies to maximise Dyson’s profitability and reduce variability, in line with market goals
Responsible for delivering monthly key account sales volumes, revenue, and profit targets
Communicate budget, target, and latest estimate (LE) changes to Head of Sales and key stakeholders
Monitor and analyse channel sales data, proactively drive actions to meet or exceed targets
