About the Role
Drive service quality and operational consistency as our Facilities Quality and Performance Manager. This role requires field engagement and expertise in Health & Safety protocols.
As a vital part of our team, you will leverage at least 5 years of leadership experience to improve facilities performance across accounts. You'll focus on audits, relationship management with site leaders, and the development of training initiatives. Your proactive approach will align with organizational goals to foster improvement and maintain high service standards.
