About the Role
The QMS Manager is responsible for establishing, maintaining, and continuously improving the organization’s Quality Management System across Aerospace & Defense, Medical Devices, Rail, and Automotive sectors. This role ensures compliance with applicable international standards, regulatory requirements, and customer-specific requirements, while driving a strong quality culture and continuous improvement mindset across the organization.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality, Life Sciences, or related discipline
- 10+ years of experience in Quality or QMS roles within regulated manufacturing industries
- Hands-on experience with multiple QMS standards (AS9100, ISO 13485, IATF 16949, IRIS/ISO 22163)
