·      Providing technical support to Maintenance for continued airworthiness and reliability of aircraft, engines, avionics and related equipment. Resolving technical queries of maintenance and providing additional troubleshooting guidelines.

·      Conducting event analyses and other technical investigations as needed and suggesting improvements for the effectiveness of the aircraft maintenance program. Reviewing aircraft defects and intervals of scheduled tasks thereby suggesting interval escalation/de-escalation to bring down the maintenance costs.

·      Identify any significant trends observed in system/component performance. Liaison with the OEM to introduce measures for mitigating and/or resolving the issues. Introduce preventive measures to preclude technical occurrences to reduce the impact on operational costs.
