About the Role
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
1.Work closely with RD team and coordinate SMT internal resources to support NPI smoothly
2.New processes and new fixture development, and all kinds of documents such as PFMEA, FC, WI and so on
3.DFM and correct action follow up.
4.Drive engineer, quality, production team to achieve related KPI
5.Continue improving the product process for MP projects
6.Solve relative product process case for production in time
7.Defect product analysis
8.Coach and train newcomer
9.Handle customer audit support
10.Technical support for VN and USA,
11.Perform other related duties as assigned by management
SKILLS & ABILITIES:
1Good reading, writing and oral English
2Familiar with PCBA related process knowledge such as SMT, wave soldering, conformal coating, PCBA cleaning, underfill etc.
3Familiar with IPC-A-610
4Familiar with problem resolved skills such as Fish Bone, 5Why
