Manager - Product Engineering

The Manager- Product Engineer role is responsible as the key liaison between manufacturing and the customer, ensuring that overall customer quality and regulatory requirements and expectations are met and product meets all specifications.

• Serve as the primary liaison between the Regional Engineering team and site-level Product Engineering functions.
• Lead the deployment and successful launch of all Global/Regional engineering initiatives, ensuring effective communication and tracking across sites.
• Capture and translate site-critical needs and operational challenges into actionable items for the Regional leadership team.
• Drive site capability and accountability by ensuring teams are trained, systems are supported, and standards are met.
