Objectives and duties:
1. Provide assistance to the process owners to identify improvement opportunities

Works with the business teams, leveraging technology when necessary. Assists the process owners to find the best way to improve current processes and solve process-related problems by means of holding meetings, collecting data, Analyzes process owners and their teams’ information to document, study, and improve their processes.
