Manager, Platform Engineering

Common accountabilities:

• Accountable for the budget, performance and results of a medium-sized team or multiple teams of employees.
• Influences the resource, budget and policy planning and sets concrete development plans for the team members.
• Works with a high level of autonomy, based on management directions, escalating issues only when necessary.
• Identify training and development needs of the team and drive their upskilling.
• Ability to work in a globally matrixed and complex organization
• Good communication skills
• Follow latest trends and developments in own field and adapt these in own job/organization
