  Position Summary: 
 Reporting to the Senior Manager, Planning and Performance, the Manager, Planning and Performance will focus on improving processes, communication, tracking, monitoring, and reporting for the organization. Manager, Planning and Performance will drive initiatives that make our Commercial team as efficient and effective as possible.
  Key Accountabilities:  
 Develop standardized reporting for daily, weekly, and period KPIs; Support and improve reporting required for Continuous Improvement (CI) meetings as well as Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP) meetings; 
 Support in the annual budgeting, account planning & monthly LE (Latest Estimate) process;
