This role drives the University’s employee Scorecard system , ensuring individual performance aligns with institutional goals, and manages annual reviews and promotions under the Career Advancement Scheme (CAS) .

- Work closely with academic and non-academic leadership on PBAS, CAS processes, and KPI governance
