About the Role
This is a pivotal leadership position responsible for all people, culture, learning and development, and change initiatives across our Hamilton, Auckland, Rotorua and Tauranga offices.
You’ll guide The TW Way — our performance, development and culture framework — and shape the experiences that help our people do exceptional work and live great lives.
You’ll partner closely with the CEO, Partners and leaders to deliver firmwide initiatives that enhance wellbeing, engagement and capability.
