The Manager, People and Culture will provide operational and strategic People team support to our operations & leadership teams within our Factor Ready to Eat site. This role will be responsible for driving People functional excellence, executing on people initiatives and ultimately, delivering a stellar employee experience. This role will report into the Director, People and Culture Business Partners and lead a team of HR Professionals.
