Manager, Operations Transformation PMO

The Manager, Operations Transformation PMO supports Canada Operations Excellence by driving financial rigor and governance across transformation initiatives and the augmentation program portfolio. This role ensures strong executive reporting, benefits realization, and KPI alignment through close partnership with Finance and business units. It plays a critical role in maintaining a consistent, enterprise‑ready view of program performance while enabling decision‑making on initiative viability and value delivery. This is an opportunity to shape how large‑scale transformation initiatives are measured, governed, and communicated across the organization.
