Manager - Operations

We are seeking a highly experienced Operations Lead to manage end-to-end Operations & Maintenance (O&M) of Advanced Metering Infrastructure (AMI) under the AMISP project in South Goa. The ideal candidate will have in-depth experience in Smart Metering systems, including Head-End Systems (HES), Meter Data Management Systems (MDMS), field operations, vendor coordination, commissioning, regulatory compliance, and SLA management. This role is critical to ensuring operational reliability, 100% meter commissioning for billing readiness, system uptime, communication performance, and data accuracy across the smart metering network.
