We are looking for an experienced Manager of Returns (Reverse Logistics) to lead and optimize our returns operations within a multi-site contract logistics environment in the Netherlands.

You will oversee a network of 5 locations operating 24/7, driving performance across the full reverse logistics chain.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead daily returns operations across 5 sites (24/7 operations)
• Manage and develop site managers
• Drive KPI performance
• Standardize processes and implement best practices across the network
• Deliver continuous improvement initiatives (Lean / Six Sigma)
• Ensure safety, compliance, and operational governance
• Own operational budget and cost control for the Returns BU
• Implement data-driven reporting and KPI dashboards
• Act as primary operational contact for key customers and SLA performance
