About the Role
Role & Responsibilities Handle International / Export Sales for assigned regions (Middle East, Africa, SEA) Identify, appoint, and manage dealers, distributors, and channel partners Generate export inquiries, prepare quotations, and lead price negotiations Achieve sales targets and ensure sustainable regional growth Build strong relationships with end customers, EPCs, and industrial accounts Coordinate with manufacturing, planning, logistics, and finance teams Manage order execution, dispatch coordination, and customer follow-ups Collect market intelligence, competitor data, and customer feedback Requirements Desired Candidate Profile Experience in Export / International Sales (Manufacturing / Industrial products) Mandatory exposure to Welding Consumables Strong knowledge of Maintenance & Repair (M&R) welding products preferred Proven experience in dealer & distributor development Willingness to travel 2025 days per month internationally Strong communication, negotiation, and relations...
