About the Role
- Ensure anti-attrition business is executed and achieve target retention rate for Mortgage and Personal Loan
- Support Customer Care, Social Network, Contact Centre and Sales on credit insurance (disbursed loan) and solving mortgage complaints
- Prepare and analyse reports (ie. AAU, Foreign Exchange (FE) Rules, Credit insurance, portfolio) to ensure compliance, portfolio review and accuracy
- Ad hoc and Panel solicitor empanelment process and review
- Execute mortgage related initiatives in improving end-to-end process flow
- Manage, plan and support mortgage projects by coordinating and ensuring UAT are done timely
