Qualification: B.E. Mech or Electrical
Salary: 60k to 65k
Experience :15 Yrs
Preparation of Bill of Quantity (BOQ) for all kind of MEPF Engineering Works
Data and Rate Analysis for the above
Estimating & Costing for the above
Preparation of Zero Cost Budget / Zero Based Budget / Project Budget
Tracking Project Financial Progress and Reconciliation of the budget
Catch-Up / Make informed decision to get Project back on Track
Preparation of Client Billing & Sub-Con Billing and Checking the same
More Knowledge in Earned Value (EV), Planned Value (PV), Actual Cost (AC), Schedule Performance Index (SPI), Cost Performance Index (CPI), Schedule Variance (SV), Cost Variance (CV)
