The Meat Manager is responsible for coaching, motivating, and developing store staff to foster customer loyalty and meet financial targets while maintaining high operational and customer service standards.
Responsibilities
- Create a coaching and development culture for all store employees.
- Manage direct reports, including selection, orientation, training, performance management, succession planning, and compensation.
- Manage department operations and communicate requirements or changes to employees.
- Create an engaging customer shopping experience and maintain product knowledge.
- Order, receive, organize, rotate, merchandise and present products in accordance with company standards.
- Ensure compliance with all policies, health & safety, food safety, and regulatory requirements.
