Manager, Logistics BPE

**What you will do –**

+ Lead end-to-end logistics workstream for M&A integrations, from post-close through full operational handoff
+ Manage multiple acquisitions simultaneously (often 4–5 at a time), ensuring timelines, deliverables, and milestones are met
+ Execute integration planning and coordination across due diligence, integration, and order-to-cash processes
+ Partner cross-functionally (supply chain, logistics, finance, and business units) to align on integration approach and execution
+ Drive rapid onboarding of acquired companies into Stryker’s logistics and distribution network to enable revenue realization
+ Act as a key stakeholder liaison, building relationships and credibility quickly across newly acquired and internal teams
+ Lead change management activities including communications, stakeholder alignment, and adoption of new processes
