In this role you will:
Deal Management & Subject Matter Expertise
Oversee the complete lifecycle of CLO deals, from structuring and negotiation through execution, onboarding, and ongoing servicing.Act as the central point of contact for all CLO deal related inquiries across Front Office, CLS Servicing, and internal control partners.Provide expert advice on complex CLO structures, bespoke client arrangements, and unique operational requirements.Approve CLO transactions within delegated authority to ensure accuracy, compliance, and alignment with internal standards.
Relationship Management & Client Experience
Deliver “white glove” support for high value CLO clients, ensuring timely issue resolution and exceptional service standards.Partner closely with CLO bankers to guide deal structuring and anticipate operational impacts on servicing teams and clien...
