About the Role
The Manager – People Development champions a growth-oriented workplace by designing and executing strategic learning, talent, and engagement initiatives. The role ensures employee capability building aligns with business goals, enhancing organizational performance, compliance, and a culture of continuous development. The role collaborates closely with department heads, team leaders, and external learning providers to ensure meaningful upskilling, future-readiness, and employee engagement.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the design, update, and manage onboarding program for new hires, lead the facilitation for their induction to ensure they assimilate into the Company’s business, and culture.
- Assist in learning needs analysis and execute approved learning strategies and programs.
