Job Summary

The Manager, Learning & Development will play a pivotal role in transforming compliance training across multiple regulated areas, including GMP, Quality, and Safety. This role serves as a trusted advisor and partner to internal stakeholders, leading the shift from traditional SOP‑based training toward competency‑based, practical, and engaging learning experiences.

As a calm, consultative, and strategic L&D professional, the Manager, Learning & Development, will design and deliver effective training solutions, collaborate closely with technical SMEs, and guide a Training Coordinator.
