About the Role
Job Summary:
Join our Asia Pacific team as Manager who will manage Inside Sales business/People Management and use your engineering skills and Fisher Software to prepare engineering solutions for Control valves to large KOB2 & 3 support for our clients/sales offices. You will also be responsible for preparing techno-commercial offers and addressing technical queries. This role is responsible for managing, training young engineers and ensuring optimum support for stakeholders.
Resposibilities:
+ Leading a team of engineers, guiding and mentoring them.
+ Train New hires and integrate them into the LBP/Sales office culture
+ Reviews the quotations prepared by team members, suggests cost saving opportunities wherever possible, and evaluates the best solution options.
+ Driving team towards FCV AP KOB2/3 business target for the financial year.
+ To be an expert in sizing & selecting severe service, critical applications and guiding other engineers.
