Manager II - Engineering Methods

**In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:**

Process Standardization

+ Document current engineering processes and identify gaps for improvement.
+ Define and deploy standardized engineering work processes, tools, and templates for Mechanical, Electrical, Instrumentation, and Software domains.
+ Establish revision control, versioning, and approval workflows.
+ Standardize engineering design & calculation software across all WA, arrange for training as needed.
+ Build library of International measurement standards and national measurement standards and keep it updating with new releases and make it accessible to all WA
+ Build major customer specific requirement summary (Shell DEP, Exxon GP, Petronas PTS, EDNOC, Conocophilips etc)
+ Sharing of engineering journals for major update or engineering lesson learned

+ Drive auditing culture to ensure compliance and traceability.
