Lead end-to-end recruitment at site.
Execute manpower planning in line with business requirements.
Build talent pipelines and succession plans for key positions
Employee Engagement & Culture Building
Design and implement employee engagement programs.
Drive initiatives to enhance morale, ownership, and workplace culture.
Facilitate communication between management and employees.
Performance Management & Capability Development
Manage performance appraisal cycles and goal-setting processes.
Identify training needs and implement development programs.
HR Operations & Employee Lifecycle Management
Oversee on boarding, confirmation, transfers, promotions, and exits.
Ensure smooth HR operations including attendance, leave, and employee records.
Manage grievance handling and disciplinary processes.
HR Analytics & Reporting
