You will design, develop, implement and execute critical data solutions and business analytics including supporting the build of a self‑serve AI agent hub that transforms the People Analytics operating model through Snowflake integration, semantic layer governance, and conversational AI enablement.

Business Requirements Gathering

• Anticipate and action on requirements and future work through active listening and balance that with clear, urgent requirements.

Technical Requirements Translation and Documentation

• Gather business requirements and translate to technical and tactical action items.
• Navigate different UI’s for data systems, front end reporting tools, back end reporting tools, etc to extract and join data (i.e. Workday, SAP, Snowflake, etc).
