The Health and Safety Manager is responsible for building a safety culture and strong engagement on site, developing and implementing safety programs in partnership with site leadership, facilitating safety training, and leading a team of HSE professionals.

The Health and Safety Manager reports directly to the Senior Manager, National Health and Safety, and will collaborate closely with the Site Director. The role oversees a team of Health and Safety Specialists, Coordinators and Administrators, and works directly with Production Supervisors and Managers to ensure workplace safety is a top priority. The size of the team depends on the specific site.
