Job Summary

The Business Development Manager is responsible for driving sales growth, leading strategic pursuits, and securing new business across diversified sectors, including but not limited to Aviation, Government, Healthcare and other regulated or complex industries. The role demands strong commercial leadership, the ability to build and convert a high‑quality sales pipeline, and proven experience in steering multifunctional teams toward winning outcomes. It spans the full commercial lifecycle, from prospecting to contract award, delivering new‑logo revenue while cultivating long‑term customer relationships.

The ideal candidate is a highly driven sales leader with strong B2B solution-selling experience (preferably in 3PL / 4PL or adjacent industries) and the ability to develop and execute effective sales strategies in diverse and complex customer environments.
