Manager, Global Payroll

Responsibilities Global Payroll Ownership & Delivery

Own end-to-end payroll operations across multiple regions (EMEA, APAC, North America)

Oversee payroll processing through external vendors, ensuring accuracy and timeliness

Review and approve payroll outputs, validating calculations and resolving discrepancies

Ensure compliance with local statutory requirements, filings, and reporting obligations

Lead year‑end payroll activities and regulatory reporting

Payroll Accounting & Financial Reconciliation

Partner with Finance to ensure accurate payroll accounting and alignment to general ledger (GL) reporting

Review and validate payroll journals, accruals, and postings across all regions

Perform and/or oversee payroll reconciliations including net pay, taxes, benefits, and statutory balances

Support month‑end and year‑end close processes related to payroll
