Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise day-to-day activities of service agents
• Manage high-volume urgent maintenance issues
• Optimize workflows through ticketing report analysis
• Ensure contractor compliance with Service Level Agreements
• Craft new strategic initiatives for operational success
